Mississauga: Equus Fabrics was pleased to show at the 4^th Annual SOFA Vender Showcase on May 30^th, 2012.

Due to industry demands SOFA will once again host a Vendor Showcase to connect suppliers and All-Terior Designs with design professionals.   Past events had been attended by over 225 design professionals, and there are even more registrations then last year.

Lucky design professionals were able to get a sneak peak at some of our new lines and designs.  We are excited about our fall season with the feedback we received.

Equus Fabrics was one of the many visitors to the 2012 Interior Design Show (IDS) that happened over the weekend at the Convention Center in downtown Toronto.

The IDS is one of the world’s largest contemporary design fair. It was first launched in1999, and has had attracted a large attendance of over 500,000 professionals, designers, consumers and media over the years.   The IDS show serves the design industry hub, providing a unique business opportunity for thousands of design thinking businesses.

Each year many world-renown designers and architects participate as keynote speakers such as Fabio Novembre and they help create some very inspiring booths and designs.

We are expecting a great reaction; we have been given great feedback to the showroom copy and the fact that sheers are coming back very strong.  The “Cool Touch” book will carry over 200 colours and a wide variety of patterns exclusively unique to Equus.

The sheer book is a one-stop shop for designers and retailers.  As you will find many of the traditional patterns Equus has done in the past added in with standard voiles and batistes.

Furthermore, Equus Fabrics will be donating part of the sheer book proceeds to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation at the end of each year.  All of us have been touched or know someone that has been affected by this Cancer and we hope that this can bring us one step closer to the cure.  To donate to CBCF please click here.
