FlameGuard 59 is a wide-width, inherently flame-resistant polyester fabric presented in a deep grayish-black tone. The colour reads dark and architectural, offering the richness of black softened by grey undertones—ideal for modern commercial interiors, theatres, hospitality spaces, and high-contrast drapery applications.
Woven at 118 inches (300 cm) wide with a railroaded construction, FlameGuard 59 allows for long, continuous curtain panels with minimal vertical seams. Its subtle texture adds depth and visual interest while maintaining a clean, uniform appearance across large-scale installations.
Constructed from 100% polyester, FlameGuard 59 is tested to CAN/ULC-S109 and NFPA 701, meeting Canadian and North American fire safety standards without the need for topical treatments. With no horizontal or vertical repeat, it ensures consistency and efficiency for specification-driven projects.
