130″ FR Batiste Ivory is an extra-wide, lightweight sheer drapery fabric designed for weddings, events, hospitality, commercial interiors and large decorative installations where a soft, flowing appearance and certified flame resistance are required.
Made from 100% polyester, Batiste has an airy, elegant drape with slightly more body and texture than a very lightweight voile. It gently filters light while maintaining a soft translucent appearance, making it well suited for layered drapery, decorative backdrops, ceiling treatments and large-scale event installations.
At an exceptional 130″ / 330 cm wide, this fabric provides excellent coverage for tall spaces, large windows and wide installations while helping reduce the number of seams required. The extra-wide construction is especially useful for floor-to-ceiling drapery, wedding ceiling swags, ceremony backdrops, ballroom installations, pipe and drape and hospitality projects.

This fabric is approved to both NFPA 701 and CAN/ULC-S109. Fire-rating certification can be supplied for projects where documentation is required by venues, designers, architects, schools, institutions or inspectors.
Batiste and voile are both lightweight sheer fabrics, but Batiste generally provides slightly more body and visible texture. Voile tends to have a smoother, lighter appearance, while Batiste creates a somewhat fuller and softer finished look.
